Growing up in rural Georgia, I developed a deep connection to the land through hands-on experience on family and friends' farms. My early years were spent riding horses, managing timber stands, and implementing wildlife habitat improvements—activities that cultivated both my agricultural expertise and my appreciation for land stewardship. This foundation was further strengthened through competitive success in 4-H dairy judging, where I earned multiple awards.
Athletics became another defining element of my youth. As a dedicated baseball and football player, I discovered the discipline and determination that would carry me forward. These qualities led me to Middle Tennessee State University, where I played college football while earning my Bachelor of Science degree.
My athletic career reached its pinnacle when I signed professional contracts with two Super Bowl champion organizations—the St. Louis Rams and New England Patriots—as well as the Calgary Stampeders of the Canadian Football League. The journey from small-town Georgia to the highest levels of professional football taught me invaluable lessons about perseverance, strategic planning, and achieving ambitious goals.
For the past seven years, I have channeled these experiences into real estate, specializing in recreational properties, ranch land, and investment opportunities. I advise entities and individuals on land and ranch preservation and investing, serving clients motivated by both financial return and wealth preservation. Whether working with family estates, conservation-minded buyers, institutional investors, or individuals seeking legacy properties, I provide strategic guidance on land improvements that enhance value and maximize long-term returns. My unique background enables me to understand both the tangible and intangible value of land assets, drawing on my agricultural knowledge and my experience of what it takes to succeed at the highest level.
My passion for the outdoor industry extends beyond my professional work. I am an active member of the Rocky Mountain Elk Federation (RMEF), Wild Sheep Federation (WSF), Trout Unlimited (TU), and National Wild Turkey Federation (NWTF)—organizations dedicated to wildlife conservation and habitat preservation. I also volunteer with the Reno Rodeo, staying connected to the western heritage and community values that have shaped my approach to land stewardship.
Currently, I am completing my book, Made for More, which chronicles my journey from rural Georgia to professional football, sharing the challenges overcome and lessons learned along the way. This same commitment to helping others achieve more drives my approach to real estate—guiding clients to see possibilities and realize the full value of their land investments.
